Pastor Emmanuel Otiotio, is the Pastor in Charge of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Chapel of Praise. He has a great love for God and a strong passion to see the people restored back to God through soul winning and other life changing programs.  He teaches the undiluted word of God that transforms and impact lives.

Emmanuel is supported by his wife Toyin, and other believers who have resolved to stand out for the Lord in these end times. Pastor Emmanuel holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is a certified Project management professional (PMP) and a certified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
